Adele is passionate about designing and implementing projects that enable sustainable change.
Adele relishes the ability to support organisations, teams and projects to reach their full potential by coaching and supporting their strategy, governance, partnerships, programme design and implementation, systems level change, community mobilisation, stakeholder management, human centred design, organisational change, cultural capability, and behavioural change.
Adele’s expertise is from across the Government, Health, Education, Community, and Non-Government Sectors. In these sectors Adele has led the development of design thinking, human centred design, programme design and implementation, behaviour change, communication, marketing and data analytics. As well as organisation change, partnerships, outcomes with and for Māori and community level social outcomes.
Adele’s curiosity, energy, courage, deep empathy and intellectual rigour is brought to every project large or small.
Adele has degrees in Sociology, Theatre & Film and a Masters of Arts (Applied in and Social Work qualitative research) from Victoria University of Wellington, and is an Alumni of the Summer Institute of Intercultural Learning, Portland Oregon.
Adele’s whakapapa is Te Rawara and Ngāpuhi.
